Refunds/Rollovers
Refunds: In the event that you can no longer race for any reason (medical included), we are not offering refunds in any capacity. Please see rollover option.
Rollovers: More than 30 days prior to race day you may roll over your entry to the following year. We are unable to rollover your registration after July 13th, 2023.

How about fundraising for the YW Calgary?
How funds donated to YW Calgary support women and their families
$25 – a gift card for one week of food for an emergency bed client who has no source of income.
$120 – the purchase of bus tickets so that women can get to job interviews, appointments or
training workshops.
$250 – supports purchasing workshop supplies, resources and materials so that women
accessing YW Employment Resource Centre can receive employment skills training and capacity
building.
$1,200 – one year of craft and activity supplies for the weekend childcare program.
$2,500 – one year of weekly cooking classes for women in poverty to build life skills and increase
social connections.
$7,500 – supports the provision of gift cards to women and children fleeing domestic violence to
purchase basic need items such as food, clothing, toiletries etc.
$10,000 – provides 100 women with 1.5 hour sessions of one to one career coaching.
